The Mind and Permanent Weight Loss

Weight loss success happens in your mind as well as your body. The Mind segment of our program includes weekly sessions that will lead you on a journey to explore your beliefs, habits and coping patterns related to your weight. We take a journey with you to uncover behaviors and identify patterns that form barriers to your transformation and living a happier and healthier life. Along the way, you discover self-awareness and a deeper more resourceful part of you that inspires positive changes in your life. You learn by participating in weekly exercises to uncover your unique gifts and strengths for healing and empowerment!

Using a variety of mind enhancing mental therapy techniques such as talk therapy, life skills training, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) as a part of the process, we will identify and teach you how you can transform and heal any wounds or traumas, and contribute to changing any outdated neural network patterns or loops, to life-affirming mental programs in your brain to support permanent weight loss. Our work together will provide you with the tools for transformation and long-term success!

Mindfulness and meditation techniques, hypnosis and NLP anchor the material presented in this program to strengthen your commitment to transformation and success. You will also learn autogenic biofeedback techniques and receive support materials, including a weekly 15-minute MP3 download to be listened to daily for you to intuitively learn – giving you the tools you need to support your weight mastery for life.
