A few years back, Jen visited doctor after doctor to try to resolve an entire body eczema outbreak accompanied by digestive issues, fatigue and more. It occurred to Jen at that time that her health didn’t matter to the doctors. They weren’t working to understand what was wrong with her body, they were only writing prescriptions to mask the symptoms.
Finally through her own research, Jen learned she needed to change her diet, and all of her symptoms disappeared. She had developed an intolerance to gluten and once gluten was removed from her diet, the eczema cleared as well as the digestive issues and fatigue. Jen became fascinated with the signals that the human body gives when there is an imbalance and fell in love with solving the puzzle. Jen attended school and became a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner so that she could help others solve their puzzle.
